From the late 1970s until today, T.U. continues as a correspondent from the U.S. to the Danish Radio.
Under the editorship of Ib Skovgaard, he addresses jazz music either in more general terms or in specific portraits of figures such as Olu Dara, Lucky Thompson, Billy Tipton and Wayne Horvitz.
T.U. also contributed (until its recent conclusion in December 2004) to an athletic monthly journal on Danish Radio titled for many years "Clinch", and then later "Sportsånden" (edited by Jørgen Johansen and Claus Bøje), continuing a close-knit relationship with Claus Bøje, athlete and drummer, spreading over many fields of activity. Subjects on Clinch/Sportsånden have included different vogues and fashions of the American sports and fitness worlds, including the Olympics, football bowl games, boxing, golf, baseball, yoga, running, the freezing of Ted Williams, the Chicago Cubs' goat curse, etc.
